What: Meeting on SB 272, a bill titled, "Create a Montana Indian Child Welfare Act." This bill moved out of Committee and has been transmitted to the House as the bill received a 49-1 vote in the Senate on third reading. This meeting is intended to get Tribal nations to the table to provide early input on both the Montana ICWA Bill and ICWA.

Who:  Montana Tribes,  Montana Social Services Association, and anyone interested in ICWA and MT ICWA.
