Trust Land Consolidation Meetings Set

Regional consultations on the Cobell Trust Land Consolidation Program have now been scheduled. The meetings provide an opportunity for tribes to give feedback on a proposed implementation strategy for the disbursement and use of the $1.9 billion land consolidation fund resulting from the Cobell Settlement. We strongly urge all tribes to attend these meetings!

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 18 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
