Presenter Info:Big Muddy Task Force – Ron Kemp, paintedhorse220@yahoo.com, 406-650-8364, Ron Kemp has been employed in law enforcement since 1978. His entire career has been involved with narcotics investigations in northeast Montana. Ron is currently employed by the Roosevelt County Attorneys Office as a Criminal Investigator and is assigned to the Big Muddy River Drug Task Force as a Field Agent Supervisor. Ron is also the Chief of Police for the City of Poplar, Montana.Dr. F. Shirazi: Assistant professor of Emergency Medicine and the medical toxicology fellow at University of Arizona. His specialty is emergency medicine and he did his residency at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. Dr. Shirazi has an MD and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology & toxicology from University of Arizona, as well as, a master of science in Biomedical engineering and bachelor in Chemical engineering from Arizona State University. Dr. Cardwell Nuckols has been a clinical and developmental consultant in behavioral medicine and addictions treatment for over 30 years. He has served as clinical addictions counselor, supervisor, program director, and hospital administrator. He writes a column entitled “Pharm Report” for National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor’s magazine. He has a BS in Chemistry, an MA in Education, and a PhD in Health and Human Services. He is widely published, having authored more than 50 journal articles, 28 books and workbooks, and 28 training DVD’s, CD’s, videos, and audiotapes.Rhonda Stennerson is a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) by the State of Montana. She has a B.S. in Health and Human Services from MSU-Billings. Her job and her passion are in treating methamphetamine-addicted people with the Matrix Model. She works for Journey Recovery of the South Central Montana Community Mental Health Center (SCMCMHC) of Billings, and at their site in Hardin as well.
