Dear Tribal Health Director:
We are developing tribally secured health websites with
Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) funding. This website will
contain health data that is specific to your tribe. The website is
accessible through
http://www.mtwytlc.com/, which will require a pass code.
Examples of data that we hope to post on your website would
include tribally aggregated diabetes audit results, GPRA, suicide data, or
environmental health assessments. There will be no personal identifiers on
the aggregated data.
We encourage you as the Tribal Health Director to work with
your tribe to discuss and determine

What data you would like to see on your tribal website?

Tribal contact person who will receive a login and password?
·
Will this tribal contact person, the Tribal Health Director,
Tribal Health Board or the Tribal Council develop a policy on who will have
access to these data?
Once these questions have been answered please document this
process and tribal contract person and send me this information. We look
